Current Tenants

Important Information

​1. Fire Extinguishers, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Smoke Alarms: Tenants should keep all fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms in working order. They should never be disconnected! If you believe that they are not functioning properly, please let the Landlord know as soon as possible.

2. Outside Grills: Tenants should not use grills on covered porches or wooden decks. This is a fire hazard.

3. Emergency Exits: Tenants should be familiar with emergency exits from the house. Please ask the Landlord if you have any questions.

4. Pets: Pets are not allowed in some of our units, if your unit allows pets, you must follow our guidelines for having a pet. We must be furnished with a photo of the pet, the animal must be up to date on shots and a pet fee must be paid. If a pets is found on the premises, a fee of $300 will be charged and due immediately and the pet must be removed immediately.

5. Large or Noisy Gatherings: No large or noisy gatherings are allowed in any of The Viking Team, Realty rental unit at any time.

6. Cleanliness of the Rental Units and Grounds: All units and grounds must be kept reasonably neat.

7. Rent Due: Rent is due on by the 5th of the month and is late after that, you will be automatically charged additional rent charge of $75 for late payments.

8. Renewals: You must notify us 60 days prior to your lease expiring if you will be continuing your lease or moving out. You can fill out the following form to let us know. Rental Renewal Form
