Do you do Lease Only for properties?
Yes, we have the option available if you are looking to manage the property yourself to find and qualify a tenant for you and write up the lease.
What are your vacancy rates?
We have very low vacancy rates, most of our units are rented out within two months of listing. We have a very aggressive marketing system in place to advertise your property all over. You can be assured that the property managed by us will be syndicated out to over a thousand web-sites, it will be on The Orlando Sentinels web-site, Wesh 2, Realtor.com just to name a few. We also market all of our listings in the MLS systems and other real estate agents will be able to bring their customers to us through them.
