How this works:

• You fill out a search form
• You enter into an "Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement" - Buyer meaning to acquire lease or option in real estate
• You pay the Broker a retainer upfront
• Part of that retainer will be used for pre-qualification of tenant 
• Licensee will act as a transaction broker
• We will set up a search for you
• When you find a property you like we will go out and view it for you or with you when you are local
• Once you have found the right property, you fill out an application
• We negotiate a lease on your behalf
